DevWorldIT began while I was working in rural China, the ‘developing world’. Now I operate from Canberra, Australia, the ‘developed world’. I use a range of remote control technologies to assist you – wherever you may be!
Over the past 10 years I have gained a diverse range of IT experience, working on help-desk and direct client support, networking, infrastructure, project management, consulting, technology journalism and communications.
In 2008 I completed a Master of Business (Information Technology) and obtained the ITIL V3 Foundations certification. In 2010 I obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
